Growing in a natural, biodynamic garden with an altitude hovering between, 1,850-1,950 meters, our Lishan Organic Oolong tea benefits from the natural diversity of its surroundings which include various beneficial weeds, fruit orchards nearby e.g. peaches, apples, and pears and huge, fragrant, black rose variety.
The result is a sweet explosion of flavors that you can enjoy for a long time.
Benefits: Studies and research have shown that oolong teas are predominantly helpful in weight management and can effectively reduce obesity. Other benefits include protection against tooth decay, prevention of development of cancerous cells, relief from atopic dermatitis, improvement of mental alertness and performance, protection of mineral bone density, and on the whole, a veritable source of antioxidants.

Note: High quality teas can be steeped for several more times. In the case of this high quality Oolong tea, it can be re-steeped three to four more times! Please do not leave the tea leaves steeping in the water. Remove it as soon as soon as you have achieved the desired strength to stop the brewing process. Of course, if you like your tea strong, you can steep it longer. Now, hold your cup and enjoy your perfect cup of tea!
