Also called 'yinyun', Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess) is one of the most famous premium Oolong tea from China. Characterized by its flowery fragrance reminiscent of orchids, its charm also comes from its densely-rich, full-bodied tasting liquor and natural, delicate sweetness that lingers longer than most teas.
Origin: Fujian Province

Note: High quality teas can be steeped for several more times. In the case of this high quality Oolong tea, it can be re-steeped three to four more times!  Please do not leave the tea leaves steeping in the water. Remove it as soon as soon as you have achieved the desired strength to stop the brewing process. Of course, if you like your tea strong, you can steep it longer.
