Cinnamon – Cinnamomum verum

Liquorice root- Glycyrrhiza glabra
Lemon Peels - Citrus x limon
Fennel - Foeniculum vulgare
Roman Chamomile Flowers - Anthemis nobilis
Small leaf Lime Flowers - Citrus x latifolia
Lemon Grass - Cymbopogon
Rose petals – Rosa glauca

Ginger – Zingiber officinale

Cloves – Syzygium aromaticum

Black Pepper – Piper nigrum

Green Cardamom – Elettaria

Saffron - Crocus sativus
Mint - Mentha

BENEFITS: Ayurvedic blends combine herbs, plants, fruits and spices. Liquorice is a laxative and expectorant, and an excellent remedy for relieving pain, discomfort and other symptoms caused by bitter matter in the stomach, or due to stomach ulcer. It is also useful in muscular pains.

Note: Give the leaves a quick rinse prior to brewing to remove dust and dirt. We provided a standard brewing instruction above but at the end of the day, tea is how you make it. Cheers!
