Ikeda Senchado Organic Matcha Green Tea Ceremonial-Grade

Kagoshima tea boasts the largest area of ​​organic tea plantations in Japan with a huge production volume of tencha. Due to the difficulty of producing organically grown tea leaves, matcha from Kagoshima is said to be rare. 
The natural fog cover that shields the garden from the sun further concentrates its umami. The matcha is carefully ground with a stone mill, and the heat generated when the stone and tea leaves rub against each other creates a matcha with a superior flavour.
