How to prepare the perfect cup ofHuo Shan Huang Ya Yellow Tea
1) Boil 200ml-volume of spring or purified water.
2) When the temperature reaches 85-degree celsius, give the leaves (1tsp) a quick rinse and discard the water.
3) Steep for 2 minutes. Drink & enjoy. You may re-steep up to 4-5 times more.
Note:High quality teas like this one can be steeped for several more times. Please do not leave the tea leaves steeped in water. Remove it as soon as infusion is done to stop the brewing process. Now, hold your cup and enjoy your perfect cup of tea!
