Characterized by its fruity flavor and mild peony fragrance, White Peony White Tea is processed using the bud and two young leaves of the tea plant. Slightly oxidized compared to most un-oxidixed whites, the result is a stronger, more flavorful liquor. The brew is a very pale green or golden color.

Remove it as soon as soon as you have achieved the desired strength to stop the brewing process. Of course, if you like your tea strong, you can steep it longer.
