Collection: Oolong Tea

Unlike white and green teas which are non-oxidized and minimally processed, or the black & pu-erh teas which are fully oxidized, Oolong tea enjoys a particular spot in the middle being semi-oxidized. Depending on the origin and terroir, this tea can be sweet and fruity with honey aromas, or woody and thick with roasted aromas, or green and fresh with floral bouquet aromas. It can be also be curled or clustered

In China, it's more known as Wulong or "Black Dragon".
