Collection: Oolong Tea
Oolong Tea is one of the most popular varieties being enjoyed in Europe, US & Australia. Unlike White & Green Teas which are minimally processed or the Black & Pu'erh teas which are fully oxidized, Oolong tea enjoys a particular spot in the middle ground, being semi-fermented. Depending on the origin, as Taiwan & Korea also produce high quality Oolong, this tea can be sweet and fruity with honey aromas, or woody and thick with roasted aromas, or green and fresh with bouquet aromas. It can be also be curled or clustered.
In China, it's more known as Wulong or "Black Dragon".
