We are lucky to source this fresh Baimudan (White Peony White tea) this year in one of the most coveted tea-growing areas in Fuding province.  Grown at 1000-meter elevation on Taimu mountain, the careful cultivation and pollution-free environs are evident in every sip.  Enjoy it hot or cold-brewed and get the ultimate refreshment from this ultra-sweet and fragrant variant.
Origin: Taimu Mountain, Fuding, Fujian 
BENEFITS: White tea contains the highest antioxidants and therefore, considered to be the healthiest among the Camellia sinensis processes post-harvest. It has many health benefits including stress relief, weight loss, anti-oxidants to protect your body from toxins and free radicals, lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory and much more.

Always give the leaves  a quick rinse with hot water to remove dust and impurities and to prime the leaves before steeping. Gradually increase steeping time for the succeeding brews. 

Note: High quality teas can be steeped for several more times. In the case of white  teas, it can be steeped up to 4 more times! Please do not leave the tea leaves steeping in water. Remove it as soon as soon as you have achieved the desired strength to stop the brewing process. Of course, if you like your tea strong, you can steep it longer. Now, hold your cup and enjoy your perfect cup of tea!
